Well, as I said, in 7 years a lot of games have come out to eat away at the UT fanbase. Plus the disappointment of UTIII...

There is this great mod for UT3, but no servers. I want to play real players, not bots. So I do not have UT3 installed, I say why install UT3 if the mod for UT3 has no servers.

Mainly Onslaught. I had looked at the other modes but they were pretty much the same.

Well, yeah. It's been a long time so to be expected. The game was amazing with what it could run on though. Even my horrendous laptop at the time could play it with bots and it struggles to run the original CS.

I haven't looked at UT3 though so can't comment but it looks like it wasn't good from what I can see here. I don't think I have the twitch response anymore to handle it anyway. Still have fond memories of shooting Raptor's out the sky with the Goliath.

Yep, unmodded UT3 sucks, the mature rating is a joke, I needed my ID to get a game that says "F ya" when you get a kill & blood on kills are a joke!!!!

I still play a little instagib today.

My old clan [DCE] are still going as well and I'm still on Clanbase as a retired member.

Unrea,l the atmosphere and music of the game was awesome. I still play it lots. There is a small community too who still keep it updated.

Goodness yes, the MUSIC! the soundtrack to unreal tournament is just fantastic. at the risk of sounding sad, i loaded a handful of the best UT soundtracks onto my media player to listen to...

Never played unreal, but I own all the others. Played Unreal II though. The original UT is the best. I really liked 2004 and played it online loads, but you simply cant beat UT, especially with its amazing soundtrack
