The beta I was in was quite enjoyable actually. If they release it with PROPER netcode thats optimised for PCs and not consoles that are a decade old, it should have pretty good multiplayer which will obviously pave the way for a BF5 game with the usual vehicles we all expect in this franchise.
The weird thing is, the most fun I had in BF since 1942 was on the close quarters maps in BF3 as that felt like the game all modern call of duty games should have been. If hardline is anything like that, which it seemed to hint at during my time on the beta with the blood money game mode, I'll buy it.
