Wasnt this the case with bf4 beta, and if i remember correctly, msaa is still borked in bf4. Think i read the latter in the main bf4 thread, but cant remember when.

Considering the DL size is only 8gb they most likely lowered it just for the beta

Bf3 is amazing it's just 99% of the people that play it are terrible.

Has anyone seen the symthic weapon stats? They definitely made this the fastest Battlefield yet, most guns can kill you with 3-4 bullets lol

Have been a huge fan of Battlefield franchise and think that Hardline plays well and hitreg seems ok. Would I buy it, that's a hard one as game is fun and that's what we play games for but im gonna stay in the NO camp as im still annoyed at EA for selling this as stand alone and killing off BF with BF4.

The issue is the price - the game is clearly a mod but they are charging everyone full price. I think if you have BF4 then it should only cost £20. IIRC this was similar to BFBC2 Vietnam which turned out to be an excellent game.

Won't be purchasing till I can get it for £19 or less (weird number I gave myself lol).

Its nice, I like the cops and robbers feel to it but with GTA5 coming out and having tried the Beta (and only playing it for 20mins as I got bored) I don't feel its the usual BF game.

I hope it will be a bit of a flop for EA so they see their mistake but not holding my breath.

Oh I get that. But it's the principle of the thing. It just feels like they are throwing money at the game development (this is a generalisation for most titles now), still coming out with total crap, and then expecting people to fork out £50 for something pretty mediocre.

Yes, you can buy it for £30 on a CD key site. It should be £30 to begin with, and potentially less on a CD key site.

Not sure I agree with that - but I do find it funny how the BF4 'netcode' issues gave the entire PC gaming community a voice to moan about their rubbish connections!

Has anyone else played around with some of the heavier vehicles like the Counter ATK Truck, Armored SUV or Mobile Command CTR?

I'm really enjoying heist and the bank job map. So many ways to flank you get some great opportunities to back-rage. With the different attachments you can get I can see a lot of different strategies being employed once the game gets more mature.

EDIT: I think the queue system is broken at the moment.

Since when was price the issue? You can get the game for around £25 via vpn or key sites.

Odd, I absolutely hated BF3 and 4, both felt too overdone on the cinematics. BC2 was the best BF game since BF2.

I slated this to my friends, saying it will be **** and too fast paced. But it's not, yes it can be a shotty fest, but overall, I think it's really good! Certainly not £60 worth but £25 from key sites, absolutely.

Balance wise, bf3 was terrible. Particularly as there were no effective anti aircraft/helicopter countermeasures. Good now for infantry play. Then in bf4, they nerfed aircraft/choppers too much and infantry play isnt as good. Out of all of them, the poor old console port, (bfbc2) has been the best all rounder.

I was explaining to my mate how I really like that if you see a load of enemies in a building, a nice little rocket or grenade placement will open that puppy up and allow for hosing to commence. That dynamic is brilliant, absolutely brilliant and in my opinion, the only real feature missing from BFH.

vehicle balance isnt too bad in bfhl as you can take out cars and the like with noob tubes really easy.

stingers on helis are very easy.

balance is better than bf3/bf4 vehicle wise.

was just having a great game but server went down
