BF2 Team [OcUK] intersted?

Still waiting for my copy of BF2 to arrive ffs..

Sending back some RAM tomorrow so typically I bet it'll arrive tomorrow morning.. :rolleyes:

How is this thing going anyway lads?
 
Yea, although not everyone read what we were writing and were using PKM's and stuff. :p

EDIT: And then Matt dropped the arty on us I think he only got himself.

Leave me out of it, i never touched any arty!

Got a bit boring when it turned into a sniperfest, which really isnt good on small teams / maps.

It'd be interesting if we could try Project Reality as a team.

Missed the game tonight, went to see Silent Hill (wow thats some freaky shi...you get the idea!).

Tried Project Reality for a few hours last night, some great new maps on there although one doesnt actually work for most people at all. The extract missions are fun but servers i tried werent very organised and the pings were at least 200+ on 90% of the servers i found though.

If we could all download it (760mb though i know) it'd be a hell ofa laugh, the blackbird choppers are brilliant too - a lot of teamwork needed and you have to ask for artillery otherwise it cant be used. Highly reccommended!
 
If we could get our own server up and running it may be worth it.

How do people think it would run on my 500k up connection? Have to download the mod soon.

not a big fan of the knives in bf2 :(

i rox0r the first round knifefights in css but its all wrong in bf2, sometimes someone who is a good 2m away from u kills u, sometimes ** opponent fills your entire screen and they do not die... its just confusing

definately needed more people i thought this time...6v6 isn't what bf2 is supposed to be about imo

Sent out my RAM back to Overclockers today and when I got back I logged on to the Internet from my old PC and noticed I had an e-mail.... I opened it up and it was a confirmation that BF2 has been despatched to me :rolleyes:.

I should be playing with you soon guys.
 
Wednesday Night (8.30 ish)I am having a game with some friends but there be spaces if anybody fancy joining us

It be a city map type night..maybe with a few extra maps thrown in :)

Yeh sorry guys, I started to arrange it sunday 7th, but then was completely busy and did not have enough time to drum up the interest, and nobody else seemed to! :(

I will arrange another game if you like, but would like someone else to help me do it as I am quite busy at the moment and don't have the time to arrange dates and playlists etc, my internet can be restricted to 5 minute spells.
