I have no job, no money, parents won't pay for more than 1 connection....

Press caps lock, theres a big map showing your team vs the other teams control of the map.

Your flag/team is always the lefthand side of the two scores in the top right on the screen, this area is called the mini map.

Join the biggest open squad on the server and try to help your squad leader & grunts stay alive and achieve their objectives. The team commander should be handing him orders.

Blue are your team members, red is the enemy

Managed to get my first kill easier, but it's really hard... all the player models look the same to me, and if it is my enemy they shoot me before I realise I should be shooting them.

And everyone seems to ignore you when you ask questions via chat

. Are every single one of the radio messages you see manual or do some pop up automatically?

to be honest when in the heat of battle the chat box is a bit small dont take it too bad they might not have noticed .... fire in single fire as a standard rifleman or a medic ... the kills should come quite easily

and go prone... 2 biggest tips for getting kills

if they have a name over their head they are friendly... if not shoot them and ask questions later

Lol i used to do that, but as a sniper, at range even allied names take forever to pop up

and i dont play as a sniper very often... but then i can tell the difference between light and dark cammo's so it was only a suggestion

Is there anyway of knowing where your enemies are?

So many times I'll just be running and then killed without even knowing what hit me..

And what exactly are tickets?

AND do you have to be within a certain distance to hit an enemy? If so, that sucks..

u should get little red flashes in ** screen that show you the rough direction of the incomming fire...

tickets are lives .... when ** team runs out of them u lose

no.... but bullets are effected by gravity, so u will have to aim high if ** shooting at someone far away with the sniper rifles

I didnt realise that! Although aiming higher isnt necessarily necessary. I managed to kill someone in one shot with a sniper rifle last night, me at the TV station and him running across the skybridge at the building site. The best shot iv ever done!

You may want to consider aiming low with some guns when firing in burst or full auto as the recoil tends to make the bullets fly higher.

At 200m+ its pretty hard to get that too

I am always up for a game but not on a server with less than 40 people. Any less is just not BF2 to me.
Have been playing loads lately as i am aiming for my next promo and a K/D of 2.0.
Currently i am on 83k and a K/D of 1.99. Next stop Captain. :cool:
