How long have you had it?
I'd be tempted to package it up and return it regardless. One quick look at the pictures and you can see that it's arrived damaged, no need to faff around showing it to the technical team...
If On-one won't look after you there are plenty of other companies around that will!
yeah - i got it on monday night - will await to see what they respond with tomorrow first but if it's not a "satisfactory answer" it will be going back under DSR!
