Is the Pike not 150mm?

Take it you went with the blue then? :) Was told they may not be in untill October and not the end of September. Still undecided, really wanted it for my trip to Scotland!

My impatience will get the better of me and I'll end up ordering the yellow over the next couple of days :)

They changed the Pike to the 140mm version for me. They also had to change the cassette and rear derailleur to the Shimano XT version because of the Hope 40T expander. I was very tempted to go for the SRAM X01 1x11 upgrade but it turned out to be quite a bit more expensive than I was originally told.

Yeah, went for a blue frame although the yellow is very nice. The frames are due to land on 25 September. Fingers crossed because I'm on holiday the week after!
 
Nah from my mates shop Ride Bikes Wales (Bought my Session 88 from there few years back). Didn't plan on a new bike, but got a deal so why not!

Nice, did they add the extender in as part of the deal?

The email I got back from them said I'd expect delivery 5/6th of October if I went for a blue frame. Is that 25th delivered to yourself or to them? I was told there was a delay, but then that could've changed. Damn now you've changed my mind :p

I got a discount on the overall deal so it's difficult to say which part they discounted. I also added in the Invisiframe protection which wasn't cheap at £89.

The frames are due to be with them on 25 September :) Speak to Ben.

EDIT: Have you seen the blue in the flesh? It's metallic which makes it look just that much cooler than the flat yellow.

Just checked my emails, was told theres a delay and it would be the 1st of October there receiving. Emailed them back asking if they can confirm, if it's the 25th then blue it is :)

Never even knew they done an extender.

Do you mind saying how much it cost in total?

No the invisiframe isn't cheap, I'll probably just helitape up the parts that'll rub. I've not seen any in the flesh! ha.

Edit - Just got an email back - to say they will be receiving them on the 1st, now I have doubts in my mind. I should just wait a week or two and get the blue really

That doesn't bode well for me :( Maybe it's a case of "under promise and over deliver"?

I paid £1900 for everything.

I emailed them a while back, and asked when I could expect delivery. He emailed me saying end of sep and then 10 minutes later said that he had just got notification of a shipping delay. Said expecting 1st of Oct and should be delivered for that week. Depending on priority number.

I'm thinking the same though, as surely they would've changed their website to October....

I'll let you know if/when I hear something. I still have my full-sus to ride in the meantime, but we all like new, shiny (blue) toys.
 
Ah just seen. Dont need a full new bike :) (Edit: or she'll kill me) Let me know if you intend to split it all up... I may be interested in the frame and other bits.

I have a bucket load of stuff that's being sold very soon and will most likely have something you need.

From frames to super expensive wheelsets and full bikes.
