Thinking of selling my 05 kona coiler deluxe, anyone got an idea what it'd be worth at the moment, with/without front brake set (Hope Tech M4, Braided Hose, 203mm Floating Rotor)

Sad I know but funds are needed for another venture :(

Erm no idea what my trust email goes to, I'll check what address :D

edit: Sent you a message, try again.

Anyone else watching the Redbull Rampage?

Pinkbike and Redbull are streaming it.

Rampage is awesome, some dude just stacked a landing and snapped his Marzocchi forks stanchions in two. They don't make them like they used to :p

Gee is currently leading Rd1.
Cam Zink tried a 360 off the Oakley sender but failed the landing.

Btw I'm still looking for DH winter tyres, a tumble today reminded me of that :D

Set on either Swamp Things or Wet Screams, any suggestions?

Wetscreams, 100%

Stick a super tacky compound on the front, and the standard one on the back (I run standard compound 2.5" front and rear and it's amazing - haven't switched tires this year yet though).

As for the brakes, my code 5's are doing that too.
Looking at google, it would appear that avid brakes use bushings on the lever pivot, which wear down rather quickly..
Have a read of this: Linky
Page 12 onwards.

I'd help you some more, but I've had a bit too much to drink and can't trust my reading skills.. Best bet is to take your bike into your local bike shop and see if they can replace the bushings...

Someone on mtbr seems to think it was a 888, but what do I know, I thought it was another 951 snapped headtube moment at first :D

edit: btw I picked up a 50mm stem for my Enduro today (from the small frame, going shorter than the stock 70mm on my medium frame) they're like rocking horse poo so I'm happy I found one, only cost £26 inc too.

Had my first race yesterday, did pretty terrible i think but it was great fun :D
It's a bit like mtb but with twice the speed and half the grip :D

Still waiting for results to be posted on the website. I have no idea where i came but im not expecting much. Chain snapped towards the end and i ran the last 1.5 laps :P
(Not pleased considering i just bought the chain + cassette on thursday and have put less than 20 miles on them  )

Oh well, cant wait for next weekend :D
