New to me, why is this? I've had mine upside down for several days at a time in the past without any problems, a lot of people seem to recommend it as it lubricates something in the forks (I don't understand completely).

Have heard the same for forks. Especially Fox Forks. Not sure why though - purely just riding gives the forks enough lubrication all over the spring (if forks are coil sprung)...


Sgt Pepper, I know what you mean but if the bug bites you'll end up spending far more, £1k is reasonable and very good on cycle to work, i think it'll save you £100s in the future and if you hate it, I'll even buy it off you!![]()
