I got a Nobby Nic Evo 2.25 front and Racing Ralph 2.25 rear last week, took them for a blast last weekend and they were great! Although I can only compare them to my previous useless Specialized tyres..
Thanks for your help, i think i will get my self some Nobby Nic as they are reasonably priced aswell.

I've found the stem (mag body, black clamp) on Merlin that I want but the bars (carbon and alu) are rarer than rocking horse **** it appears![]()

Cant go wrong with the Nobby Nic, I reckon everyone will be using them this summer![]()

Now just need to get myself some new biking shorts and possibly pedals any you would recommend?
edit: tyres out of stock need 26 x 2.1
Not me i am more than happy running maxxis crossmark rear, high roller front. Brilliant combo.

Superstar Nano Techs or if your feeling flush DMR Vaults.
Try next day tyres
You will have a set before the summer is out![]()

They look like they would wreck your shins. Can't really afford protective gear (in terms of got priority for other things) so would you think Shin pads would do the job.
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=3177 think about getting these as a little cheaper and i feel a don't really ride enough to pay £40 for pedals

Well i don't really know much about bikes so would know where to begin with sorting gears out. How do you know when you brake pads or fluid do need chaning?

I dont like them, the platform is to thick but a lot of people rate them as good pedals Wellgo do a cheaper alternative.
when your brakes feel mushy or the lever is going to the bar....or you see sparks coming from your brakes.![]()
. Maybe there alright and i am just better saving my pennies and just bang some new brake pads in to see if that makes a difference.
