I'm not overly bothered, just wanted to know if the Vaults were worth double the price? They don't do them in a decent green though so think I'll get the Nanos.
 
Vaults if you want your pedals to last
Nanos if you don't.

I'm obviously biased but I have never had a problem with any DMR pedals. The only Superstar product I have never had a problem with was the free Haribo.

Probably not. The Vaults are probably the ultimate flat pedal, but the Nanos are also very good (I have both).

If you fancy treating yourself then get the Vaults :D

I'm selling my bike as a whole. I wanted to sell the frame and fork only, but decided to just go ahead and get a full new build.
It's in fantastic condition, with new bearings. I don't actually want to sell this bike, but a business decision forces sale.

It's the 2010 Model, in the smaller of the two sizes that came out. I'm 5.9" and fits me perfectly. The guideline is that at around 6 foot, you are borderline/size preference comes into play more

The shock was given some extra special attention and does not make a sound, unlike any other Stoy, or Elka for that matter (same technowaffles inside)

I've ordered a new saddle, peddles and grips for it already! Went for the Nanos in the end, couldn't justify the extra on the Vaults. Can't wait to get out and ride it properly now! :D
 
Ive had to buy new jockey wheels and chain today :( This mountain biking thing is getting way too expensive. Went to the LBS and asked to see what 10speed chains he had.

I had to go for the cheapest in the end. Connex wipperman and BBB jockey wheels for XO mech. :o
 
Pfft.. I'm not a woman, I don't spend time looking at my household furnishings! I'm always sat on it looking the other way at my TV! :p
 
What are the best materials to use when cleaning a chain? At the moment i'm just using a dish washing sponge on it but it tends to tear and bits of sponge get everywhere. I used a chain brush but it was hopeless.

I take it off put it in a small tub with some IPA and shake it, repeat till clean, then dry and then apply oil to the links and refit wipe off any excess.
