Does the mech stop the chain from slapping in the smallest cog at the rear rob? My friends zee mech clutch isnt as ground breaking as i thought it would be but ive heard sram do a much better job.

Personally speaking, I think the Zee keeps the chain quieter and more secure.
I had my doubts at first, and made a ghetto bionicon c-guide, to stop any slapping (prior to trying it out)

Two mates have full xx1 setups, and they couldn't be happier - but as I said, my personal pref for a "full non xx1, chainguide free groupo" would be:
Zee Mech, XTR shifter, Raceface NW ring, 11-36 XX rear, XTR or Sram X.0 DH cranks (which just so happens will be the spec on my AM squishy bike)

I put my new Zee mech (FR version) through it's paces at Golspie Wildcat last Saturday, and I was VERY impressed. Zero chain noise even on the roughest of sections up top on the Black.

Snowdon in the weather that's planned, you must be mad, thunder storms and 50mph winds, and this time of year it will be close to freezing point.

I was up giving mine a bashing today and nothing not a hint of slipping. Awesome piece of kit, though the 1x10 has gave me and my fitness a kick in the backside!

Golspie is just awesome, shame it's the first and the last (at least for a very long time). The climb is horrid at points though!

Big massive thumbs up to Hope, returned my bottom bracket to them on Wednesday as started having some creaking, and it was returned to me today with new drive side cup and bearings. Get what you pay for obviously!

Rocky Mountain complained because they have a road bike called a Solo. So rather than fight a copyright claim Santacruz renamed the Solo the 5010. The next UK batch is still going to called Solo though.

Rain go away....i'm a pussy when i see the rain and don't want to venture out!!!

I've been looking at dropper posts for my camber 2013 spec...would the reverb stealth cable fit through the frame hole? I assume the hole at the front of the frame near the fork, would be where is comes in/out?

Im so stuck on what tires to get since wearing out my hans damf!

i am looking at minions, high rollers, rubber queens, ardents and even hans dampf again. Im on a budget so the cheaper the better but then the weight and flimsey side walls come into play....With so many options for each tire its like a minefield.

I would defiantly need the same grip as my hans damf and a few times i felt like i was pushing them to their limits but that could have just been poor riding skill. I cant find any pairs or tires for sale any more either which sucks! :(
