The pictures were straight after build so yes its clean, just had my first proper ride on it and its very nice, very rapid and surprisingly compliant in the rough stuff, was a tad worried after riding full suss for so many years that it would be too harsh, but it isnt at all :)

They only take integrated headsets, which are A) much less prone to getting grimed up and B) much lighter than a standard headset, a fair few newer frames seem to be going the integrated route (Pace RC303, new maxlights, vipers, various scott frames).Cant say i can tell any difference between it and the chris king on the fsr.

As for weight, I'm not really sure but I'd expect with the build it would be very low 20's at the most....and price....lets just say I wouldnt like to add up the RRP on the component list :o

Oh and take my advice, if your riding this weekend wear sunscreen! I've got the harshest sunburn to my damn face! didnt even notice untill I got home :(

I could have Breamy and was originally intending to but theres 2 reasons I went with the import, firstly I got it for 200 quid less than it costs here (600 rather than 800) and secondly the ones here are covered in a thick gloss laquer, I prefer a matt finish personally!

Every bikes a good bike imo cheets64, its just nice to see so many people riding and enjoying it, you certainly dont need to spend big to have fun :)

Yeh I'm suprised how good the rebas are, a real bargain, I hated the Fox Talas I had before them, these have endless adjustment and I forget their even there when riding which is a good thing.

We ride all over, http://www.treadsmtb.co.uk is a local club I'm a member of, most local (ish) rides are woburn sands, harleston firs etc, with fairly regular trips to wales.

I have a place very close to me though which I ride everyday, its a country park in irchester (FNSS race series hold a race there in the summer), its not big but if you know where to look there are some nice trails and its nice to have on your doorstep.

i have the reba team u-turns and they are lovely. everything is adjustable even the travel. briliant forks light and so plush and they just get plusher

Nice, rockshox seems to have got everything right this year now their owned by SRAM, looking forward to seeing the 07 range!
