Any one here use or can recommend a "WalkingPad" treadmill thing?

Me and the partner fancy shaving some pounds, this will be done with a reduction in calorie intake (had success before) but also want to add some form of exercise.

These walking pads look ideal and will help us both at times we can't get out for a speedy walk due to the kids and other excuses we would come up with :D

Back on the wagon with some healthy lunches for the week. Also need to log my meals again

Nice bonus this morning, lost almost 1.5kg this week and I’ve been eating a ton of crap - such as two KitKats and a mug of hot chocolate after each meal. The almost-daily zone 2 5K must be offsetting the junk.

So I’m in a good place, it seems like I do not need to deprive myself too much.

I really need a better scale because mine has a variance of as much as 1.5kg, post holiday I either lost a few pounds or at least maintained.

You’ve absolutely got to keep eating what you enjoy! If you’re miserable then you won’t stick to it (or at least I don’t)!

We're all inner fatties in here mate. We don't do things like this. We stuff our face and then hope the kids have leftovers!

I had to go to the shop yesterday for some milk and caved to my inner weakness of Warburtons Toastie bread. Wife went to bed and i ate 4 slices covered in butter. I'm counting it as a treat though as i've been super good recently with the only sweets/chocolate i've eaten being on a 35 mile bike ride last week when i hadn't eaten all day and needed something mid ride.

Hoping to clock in tomorrow around 94-95 again and cement that as being a "standard" level rather than a low point where i bounce between 95-98. Then i need to work to push below. I've never really dropped below 93kg, even when i've been insanely strict.

Ideally i want to get to 85kg and then see how stupid i look as i think i'd look too thin, but curious what impact it has on running/cycling. Then slowly look to increase weight to find the sweet spot.

Well ignore the above. I've had an awful weekend. Did some decent exercise Friday, and then helped my son move house on Saturday which was fairly intensive. However followed that up with wine and dominos. Then yesterday had a pretty lazy day, again with wine, beer and cake.

Today i've had an injection in my foot and been told i can't exercise for 2 weeks, so need to try and be strict with diet, as i can't rely on exercise.

I prefer to use pounds as the numbers move quicker! Just multiply by 4 for the number of quarter pounders if that's any help :p

I decided to buy a couple t-shirts last week as my 4XLs were almost down to my knees. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that 2XLs were quite baggy on me!

But yeah, everything else can wait though as it would get expensive quickly.

I'm down to 288 exactly, or 130.6 Kg.

How depressing is that. I'm the same weight as Donald Trump! 97kg. Probably same amount of fat as well. And I'm 6 inches smaller. :(

Records posted on the jail's website described Mr Trump as a white male, 6ft 3in, and weighing 215lbs (97kg), with blond or strawberry hair and blue eyes. His inmate number was P01135809.
