I would say play it more then since you've only played 200 games. New players to the game arent going to pick up on these things so you're probably not going to experience it.

My biggest letdown is that I've not yet seen light turn an ear pink in a PS3 game like that Alfred Molina demo...

Daikatana. So much hype before it was released and the fact John Romero was behind it made people believe it was going to be Doom on crack. I can remember playing the demo now and thinking how bad the game was.

Best way to describe it is by using Gears of War. Its like everyone has host shotgun advantage and I've got a crappy lancer - They can absorb multiple bullets from my gun, but all it takes for them to kill me is that single shot. Its so bad that everytime I watch the killcam afterwards it shows hardly any bullets leaving my gun even though I emptied a full clip.

Its not really down to Live though, but the game itself. I rarely have these problems with Halo, but then again with Halo you can sort of just get on with it since it only really effects the game if the Lag is really bad.

Yep we all get those, another one that really bugs me is when your running away to a door way or a corner. You escape only for the next instant to die. When you watch the kill cam you never made the corner.

Gears was bad but COD is as you say on a much bigger scale than one person having an advantage. Gears though could well get worse in the 2nd one of they up the number of players.

My biggest software letdown then would be 'DLC' if that counts

i feel that they are milking it a bit now, you rarely get any freebe addons like days of old

It's happened to me once or twice, once on a game that didnt seem that laggy but the bullet lag was horrible, I think I have a link on my file share, it barely ever happens though so is a bit of a moot point (happened to me about twice and I've nearly played 2000 games =/).

lol, when you come back into this thread you've got allot to answer for

, anyway even Bungie themselves admitted that this happens on their pod-cast a few months back because people were posting up pic's and videos of it happening in-game, I'll see if I can find which pod-cast it was on.

Come off it, they didn't replace it, they added rumble, it was an upgrade, these fan-boy comments really need to stop and you really need to understand what the "Biggest letdown this generation means" for something to become a let down for you personally then it must have fallen short of your expectations greatly, for example I could choose loads of random games like Blacksite: Area 51, Medal of Honor Airborne etc but these weren't titles that I was thinking was going to be amazing to begin with so even though they we're rated quite poorly it doesn't make them a big let down for me this generation, now you've chosen "The Sixaxis controller" now come on, your telling me you was really excited about a controller that was pretty much identical to the DS2 controller but without rumble, which we already new about before it was released anyway, the Sixaxis was your biggest let down and fell short of your own expectations more than any other game this generation ?, surely there was bigger things that you was looking forward to more than a games controller ?.
