I can highly recommend the Alpine MotoSafe Pro Earplugs absolutely awesome can still hear everything over the intercom/sat nav etc but doesn't block out sirens etc.

I got the expensive ones so you get 2 different sets in the pack one for touring and one for track/racing days comes in a nice handy case that fits in your pocket and included cleaning solution.

They weren't overly expensive either £22.95 inc free postage

They grow naturally from meetups, but we already have a tool for talking to each other... the forum!

I just use noise cancelling headphones under my helmet, which are amazing at anything sub 55mph.

End goal is to get some ultimate ears made.
