They're perfect in every aspect... apart from that cut at the end. Grrr  I've tried Alpinestars, Sidi's, TCX and now Dainese. Running out of options, I could go for adventure boots, but they look meh... granddad style. :p

What cut?

I highlighted where they are too narrow for my toes, I still have a bit of freeplay. But because they are so narrow that freeplay doesn't really help... I don't know whenever the leather would stretch a bit in that spot as thats where the protector is/leather is harder. :(

Oh I get you now I thought you meant there was an actual cut in the leather, I did wonder why I'd never seen ones with random red bits on :D

Which model are they?

I've got wide feet and the fulcrums fit me perfectly.

I'd say get them to exchange them for a pair of the fulcrums.

I couldn't find anything to fit me if it had any major rigid protection or toe sliders on as they either crushed my toes or were way too tight round my calves.

They're obviously not going to give quite as much protection as something with loads of hard armour but that's completely useless if you're not actually comfortable in them and either don't wear them or get distracted by it.

2nd toe counting from the smallest that I feel discomfort in, I don't want adventure boots.

BTW They don't have that plastic strip on the end, that's why I thought they would be good. I see on them its says 10.5 UK size, I'm UK 11... that 0.5 could make a difference. All 5 pairs of different types of shoes I have are uk 11, casual smart, smart, running, vans and boots.

It's a shame they're the only reputable UK store that seem to offer the decent prices on the Dainese boots places like Get Geared are another £50 or more expensive.

I need a decent mesh jacket for if the summer ever decides to come back quite like the look of this http://www.dainese.me.uk/motorcycle...ackets/dainese-air-frame-tex-jacket-1081.html just need to pop up there at the weekend and see if they fit.

Dainese stuff is good and looks the best out. The 2 piece I had pre-ordered was sexy AF. You can get it off motocard for the same price, so I can always get it if I change my mind. :p

I have the Laguna Seca jacket. ;)

SBS do seem to be getting the monopoly on a lot of the bike gear, but I have no problem with that if they keep up their customer service, price matching & fast deliveries.

My problem is being an Italian racing brand they almost certainly won't make anything other than boots that fit me :D

It does have the bonus of me being able to pop to the local shop and chat bike **** and rugby with the staff for a couple of hours though.

Rather them than someone else they're the best online shop I've ever used.
