Bikers Youtube thread

Yam have "adventurized" the MT-09 for 2015, they've stuck a decent sized tank on ( 18ltr as opposed to 14ltr ), stuck on a twin headlight fairing, different clocks, seat, more upright seating position, yadda yadda, shame about the name mind, in the uk its going to be called the MT-09 Tracer.

Much as I enjoy RJs videos I can't help but think he takes unnecessary risks. He definitely filters too fast, undertaking is a no-no in my book unless it's the only option, and he does speed and wheelie too much. I was no saint riding but there's a time and a place y'know.

Don't think I've ever seen RJ wheelie on a video - and I've watched loads of his. As for the filtering - that's just London! Cars down there are used to it, I think there must be a good 5x or 10x more bikes than in other parts of the UK. Look at BvG's earlier videos and he also filters "aggressively".

I hope he carries an Organ Donor card as riding like that regularly is only going to have one outcome.

Yeah I've never seen rj wheelie. He does filter fast but then it always seems to be under control. He's seems like he may be a bit of an odd chap though.

never seen him wheelie?

filtering is very normal in london and he seems to be doing it quite well, if you rode in london, during rush hour etc over a few months you'd learn and it wouldn't look that out of place ;)

Lucky guy :p

Fair play to the plod, he could've reamed Mr GSXR out for behaving like such an utter nobber, shame he didn't tbh, there's a time & a place for behaving like an ass, & the streets of London whilst pulling a wheelie at 70mph is neither the time or the place, all it needs is a pedestrian to step off the pavement with their eyes glued to their phone, & you've got one dead pedestrian & some serious jail time coming your way.

Ban pedestrians from using phones?

You can joke matey but if you remember one of the guys from here knocked down & killed a pedestrian in London a couple of years ago, they sent him down, when he knocked the pedestrian down, he was on the wrong side of the road, that's all it takes, a moments inattention, then your in a world of ####.

When you say one of the guys from here, do you mean a regular on the forum?
