Bikers Youtube thread

When you say one of the guys from here, do you mean a regular on the forum?

Yup, one of the guys from the Bikers Café, I won't mention his name as a thread with all the details about the case that he himself started, was deleted at his request.

The long & the short of it was he made a mistake, a pedestrian died, & he was sent down, he's out now, hence why I won't mention his name, & ide hope that nobody else will either.

Oh man, that's tragic, for all involved :(

Yep not nice, could happen to anyone of us here though, how many times have you had idiotic pedestrians step out from behind cars etc whilst wearing headphones, and like the chap here if you are filtering, YOU are the one doing the 'risky' manoeuvre.

Someone through work recently had someone knocked down outside their house, student wearing headphones didn't look stepped into the road, admitted it was her fault straight away to the police etc but it always makes me think, in similar situations if that pedestrian died and there were no witnesses you usually read that its the driver that gets prosecuted?!

Hurting or killing someone when you've been doing everything correctly would be bad enough, but if you did it through your own stupidity, no matter if they were being stupid as well, would be another matter if you had a conscience.

It would haunt you forever I imagine....

For the RJ posts - don't quote me but I believe he's been riding for 20 years - there is a method to his (apparent) madness. Let's face it, he's a filtering god :D "there are many old riders, and many bold riders, but not many old and bold riders"

He sounds Jordanian, or Arab at least, whether he's actually royal is debatable. He seems to only have a single garage, albeit in London. He does have 6(?) bikes now though...

Fairly sure with a name like that he is Jordanian, plenty of videos of him in Egypt and the like.
Royal though? who knows, he always seems to be riding around during the day, does he work? :p

This incident reminded me of that guy, similar circumstances with overtaking a bus but look at the massive difference in the sentence.

I've read somewhere that most of the videos are from his commutes.. he probably does go the long way home etc to get some more footage.
