Bioshock 1.1 Patch Out

Doesn't specifically mention Vista
Hope they've sorted out it's huge problems with Vista - it's put me right off playing as it's a nightmare to get it to run and it crashes frequently when it does under Vista

dunno, i grabbed the worldwide release and it worked fine
just a guess like but i'd say...
Sonic Boom, Sonic Boom 2: would allow you to throw back enemies from a distance or something similar
and i'd guess that the "Human Inferno tonic" would be something like the "Electric Flesh tonic"
I meant the FOV issue. On vista and Xp widescreen wasn't truely suppourted. The top and bottom were just cropped.
I know a work-around was released for xp but apparently it didn't work with vista. Thats what i'm asking about.
I must agree no re-playability and so darn repetitive.

I lost interest in it when i got to the 2nd level (or whatever it was), the fisheries one. 
Think i'll re-install it and give it another go with the patch sometime.

Never had any issues with game at new 1920x1440 all max and completed, pity they now added a few extra Tonics and Powers

i have a steam version of bioshock it was installed on my old pc have built new pc and reused the hd with that installation.
bioshock refuses to run just says bioshock is not available right now try later. I have re downloaded it and still dont work. I have contacted 2K and they said i need to uninstall off old pc, I cant PC is dead. what on earth do i do to play it .
I have downloaded a fresh copy . what else?

I would guess as that as it says "German" in there its probably a patch for a version of the game with toned down violence & gore or something.

i enjoyed it, yea a little samey but still great style and atmosphere
Worldwide one works fine on my UK copy of the game

The new plasmids (which show up in-game as "downloaded" content, making them sound third-party) only seem to cost 1 Adam. This happening for anyone else?

I haven't tried it yet but its a little disappointing if true
I felt the whole point of the customization process was that you had to sacrifice certain plasmids due to the lack of adam. Having them cost 1 adam seems to go a bit against this!
