I'm not sure which version to get I'll get the PC version if it has achievements. I don't waste time with games that don't improve my gamerscore anymore.

lol, I know what an exclusive actually is, All i mean is, most people these days when saying it's 360 exclusive, say it in terms of it not coming to PS3, And vice versa.
Can't believe people are saying Bioshock is boring!

I guess it depends what (if any) extras are on the disc.
I know a chap who bought a PS3 mainly to play Ninja Gaiden Sigma, because he loved it so much on Xbox.

It's always been that way. Way back since 1995 when the Sega Saturn and Sony Playstation were around. Console Manufacturers have always classed their games as exclusive if it's not on another console, the PC didn't matter. Never has.
It's nothing new, I'm surprised so many 'gamers' didn't know this?
Well Shamikebab said at least that it's just how he chooses to categorise platforms, but if you're saying it's some fact that all gamers should know then I'd really like to see a source.
Simply making the insinuation that only people who aren't real 'gamers' don't know this is not going to convince me, it's nothing more than a "No True Scotsman" fallacy in its most obvious form.

I disagree. I thought it was fantastic from the first minute til the very last.
I think it was boring if you chose to just use the same skills over and over (like the shock and wrench brigade) If you actually got into it and utilised the various skills and weapons it was excellent. Storyline was pretty poor though.. I was hoping for more on that front.

maybe pc versions are not included in the console owners mind simply because the pc versions are 99% of the time better?
and they dismiss it as not competition?

I am happy for PS3 owners if it helps.
I'm not going to get into a debate about which platform is better, I just find it odd that some people have to disqualify entire platforms (PC, Wii) from competition for purely arbitrary reasons. It bugs me even more when they state it as fact and don't back it up.
My apologies for the off-topic guys, but you know who you can thank for making bold claims.
Congratulations for PS3-only users who haven't got the chance to play such a highly-acclaimed game yet, should be a lot of fun in store for you guys. I'm pretty surprised it wasn't on PS3 in the first place to be honest.
