Uggh, i really should have ignored the email and stayed away. I've had £1k credit (996.01) on the account since April with the intention of buying core components in the future, knowing its very unlikely i'll have the funds otherwise and i had them then but felt it more appropriate to wait a while longer.
Now that 8PACK offer, thats insane! I'd got 3/4 through the thread thinking maybe this would be the perfect time and way to do my upgrade... NEXT YEAR, and now you've done this.
Would be able to add a decent PSU and still have a decent wedge available for a GPU in the future.
Would someone be able to give me an idea of what wattage i'd be looking for in such a build, assuming sensible overclock (lv1-2 according to the page), a couple of SSDs, and a single high end AMD card (i'd go green, but lets account for AMD thirst!).
I dont know whether a decent brand gold 650w would do, or if im looking at 800wt+ im sure ive ran crossfire on a very average 650w (6870's) full load 24/7 without issue when bitcoin mining (thx bitcoin boom 2014, the only reason i have this credit!) but not 100% certain as it was a while back.
Now i just need to make a decision and make sure im around for the thread, or i'm left with it all to do in the tricky away leg on Monday.
