blackberry email issue

Hi

I got an attachment (pdf) on an email on my phone, for some odd reason its not on my hotmail account, but only on my phone.

I need to save this attachment or forward the email, but when I try either, the phone just stay at 0% on saving pdf or just don't forward the email via hotmail. When trying to add a new email account settings it just sits at updating settings.

any suggestions?

BB services are down at the moment so maybe try in a few hrs or so.

I thought that may be part of the issue, its just weird that its been removed of my hotmail account, but still remains on my phone itself.

Daft thing is, its a receipt for an iphone... not sure whats worst the BB service or the apple store experience.

It looks to be a major outage covering Europe, north Africa and Asia. Maybe the NSA pulled the plug...

Yep my emails seem to be coming thru...have had a few of them come thru...very slow tho.

BBM still isnt working but actually im kinda glad as its given me some peace and quiet today lol.

Sometimes I wonder how people coped before this, the amount of people I've seen twisting on on Facebook and twitter about BBM being down!

i just got off the phone from Orange BB Enterprise support - they are still experiencing major problems. They were told it had been resolved however they are still being inundated with problems. Not clear on what is happening or when it will be resolved.

RIM made a huge mess of it's restart and no one's impressed (I think they are just overloaded personally). If it's not fixed by this evening I'd be worried but otherwise this is standard RIM BIS support right here

Edit: you may need to restart your phone for a real sync to work.

we had no email problems yesterday on our BES. now it's all over the place. spoke with support again and they are in RIM's hands.

not even going to bother troubleshooting until the network is stable .. would be a total waste of time.
