Everything is fine and dandy here...emails, bbms and web browsing are all working again. Hopefully that have fixed the problem now so shouldnt have any more issues...fingers crossed and hopefully they have learnt a lesson here.

Nope mines fine...try a battery pull if you havent already if that doesnt help then it might take a bit of time for everything to settle down.

Good on him to put a statement out...lets hope it doesnt happen again ie the amount of downtime we had. A few hrs is no big deal but i can understand people getting annoyed if its a few days etc.
