Blackheads

Well, i have a lot of blackheads, i used to have a face full of spots, but not it's just blackheads on my nose, and a lot of them, all the off the self stuff don't work, and niether does some precreption stuff i had for my spots.

Anyone got and hits or tips for removing black heads?

Wouldn't i burn, or do you mean like a hot towel on my face, or just the towel at top to stop the steam getting out? but not actually have face in the water?

Put a couple of drops of lavender essential oil in the water for best results. Keep under for as long as possible (as long as you can bear) then come up, towel your face dry, and squeeze some. Then keep repeating.

I recently broke out in spots on my forehead for the first time ever and used some Clearsil stuff. That just seemed to make things worse.

18 years without spots, actually end up with a few and the stuff that's supposed to get rid of them makes the situation worse!
