Sadly no, but keep an eye on http://www.bladeandsouldojo.com/ as they have been giving away keys. You can get a founders pack for about £18 which gets you into all beta's before release with some goodies thrown in.
The beta is only online at set times, mostly 3-4 days in length but they might open them for extra days now and then for other testing.

I usually play as male characters but see no reason why not to play as a female character, hell if you're gonna stare at an ass for many many hours it may as well be female
You can now update your client for the next closed beta running from Fri 13th to Mon 16th. Looking forward to finally experiencing the combat with sub 50 ping !!

This beta runs until 30th November. There's 2 more tests in December

Yes, the client is both for EU and US. There's a drop down menu on the launcher for the game to switch regions.
