As long as Jack Thompson doesn’t come to the UK I don't give a damn. We have Rockstar North in Edinburgh to it's not like GTA will ever die.

What I don't get though is why the US gamers don't protest. You get protests about "Bully" but you don't get the gamers tell Tompson to **** off.

It might have an 18 age rating here, but what are the US ratings like? I have a feeling they may only be recommendations, not legally enforced (though it seems most shops enforce it quite strictly voluntarily).

I think uve gotta have a screw loose to copy anything on a game. but i also think that the games now make violence seem fun and exciting, which isnt ideal for young children.

After I played GTA I had a very strong urge to start delivering pizzas.

Why is it always GTA? It;s never any other game? Is Carmageddon blamed for roadkill? Why aren't films or books blamed?

I don't see how twiddling thumbs on a gamepad can train you to use a handgun correctly. Most people can work out the pointing bit anyway.

The only reason Postal 2 isn't blamed is because most people have never heard of it. It's the sickest game in existance. And it's damn fun.

It was released like that in the UK, but I though it was always blood in the US. Anyway, it's still remain essentially the same what ever the colour of the blood.
