To be honest, I am with the OP, pictures probably make it look easier than it is. On first viewing I also had the opinion it looked easy, however I am not in the driver's seat and it's not as if he did not have help from someone in trying to get out.

It has been an entertaining thread though, that video of the 92 year old hitting 9 cars has gone round my office to much hilarity.
