If you're referring to the truck, there are a bunch of them floating around the internet as though they are real. It was actually a Fark or Worth1000 photoshop competions years ago (I wish I could find the thread). You can tell because they're all the same truck with the same background.

I was actually referring to the horse, the truck I figured could be real in the way that street artist guy does his paintings but it would just look weird unless you were at exactly the right angle.
