I don't believe that one i'm afraid. If they were the same colour i'd not be able to see any line between them.

Your brain adjusts for the shadow making A look lighter than it is and B darker.

You can try it yourself in paint

The bit you added looks like it gradually gets darker.

I just don't get it. I can clearly see where one square ends and the other starts, so why wouldn't they merge in?

that spinning girl is nuts, i can change her, but i cant seem to control it all the time. If i change it, i can come back ten minutes later and she'll still be spinning the same way, untill i manage to change it again. What the hell is going on in my brain.
