Hmm you said Benwell in the next 24hr? Wonder about fenham.

UBR 05 in Uddingston is done, got back me holiday's last night it was there, and it is sweet.....

Hi, i'm in Denton Burn on ubr02, thats good if it happens, but the girl I spoke to at Telewest last night said "not until the end of Oct", but to be quite honest she hadn't a clue what she was talking about, so i'm hoping you're right

according to their status page they are upgrading ubr 03 and 04 today.
i live in denhill park just of the west rd behind the job centre.
ref phone call our area should be switched on pretty soon.

When the hell is Bristol being updated? The south west area?

I emailed blueyonder they say....blah blah blah complete in 2006.

I think that if you e-mail them enough times they'll eventually own up and say "sorry sir, we thought we'd deliberately leave your area out of the online details and have our support lie to you about the completion date being beyond your own personal agenda. We're therefore pleased to announce that you'll be having our as-yet-unreleased 50mbit connection - tomorrow!"

Guys - you can e-mail them all you like, refresh the website every 10 seconds, but dates won't be clear or certain or, most likely, when you want.

So how about everyone chills for a bit, maybe take a walk in the park while downloading stuff, instead of fuming, drinking and getting fat*. :)

Crikey! Almost a neighbor to me in Bellshill!
Ive just noticed tonight, thought A .NET installer was dl'ing fast...at 450kbs no less!


Any ideas if there changing the payment model so you pay more if you dl more?
 
Gillingham UBR upgrades are being done today so Maidstone won't be far behind \o/

Anyone in the Gills area please keep us informed of when you go live with 10Mb :)

Hmm, chelmsfords ubr was updated yesterday at 10am, but alas no faster speeds yet. I have cycled the modem a few times to check.

This isn't FAIR! I'm going to explode. I'm sat downloading things twiddling my thumbs as I could be downloading 4* faster.
