BMW and M Power Owners

I know this isnt a specific BMW issue, but my M240i is losing pressure in all four tyres at the same rate (around 2-3 psi a month) which struck me as odd, but anyways ...
My question is, does the TPMS still use replaceable Schrader type valves, so I could get a tool and check they are all tight or replace the valves if need be, or is it a one piece unit and the whole TPMS unit would need replacing ?

I check my tyre pressures every two weeks and at most they lose up to 1 PSI, usually if it’s got colder in those two weeks. Typically I’d expect to see a 0.5 PSI loss due to natural causes.

How many miles per week? That seems.. a lot.
As I say normally only 0.5 PSI. Only 1 PSI if it’s got colder, rarely they stay the same or actually increase by 0.5 PSI if it’s got warmer. I’m doing less than 30 miles a week. This is my observation over the last 9 years.

Yep, there is certainly some small issue, but just seems odd that they all lose the same amount. At least now I can get myself a tool and check there are tightened or try replacing if that doesn't cure it.

My F80 has belt squeal on startup, seems to happen more over the colder months. Is it worth taking it in to BMW to have it inspected as part of an insured warranty claim? Or just get it sorted at an independent and pay my own money? If BMW look at it and it's just a belt replacement it seems a lot of money to cover the normal dealership inspection costs. But then I've read that there can be tensioner issues etc which they generally will do under warranty.
