BMW and M Power Owners

I would avoid it, didn’t get it’s first MOT until it was over 4 years old.

Also two advisorers for front bushes which is unusual for such low mileage.
We'll give it a pass, my dad found it yesterday, the fact it was not chaved up is why it caught his eye. I didn't have much time yesterday to look into it.. :(
Why, it’s one of the worst examples on AT for the age/mileage.
Mileage, why? Its only on 27k miles?

He has a budget of £30k, not sure if that'll be enough for a M340i. There's nothing interesting out there: 530d, 540i etc. Specifically looking for non-MHT which appear to fetch a premium over the MHT models.

@IC3 have you looked on BMW AUC?

Only 27,000 miles but with a steering wheel and drivers seat that look closer to 77,000 miles, all the wheels appear to be curbed or corroding and I particularly like what appear to be a couple of spare SIM cards in the centre console storage for your spare drug dealing burner phones.

No, I'll need to take a look, thanks for reminding about it! :D

That looks great, apart from the white/cream interior.

You've a sharp eye for details. lol
Cream is awesome! Much less dreary than black. I specifically didn’t want black in my Z4.
I hated the cream interior in my M140i, my dad's not a fan either. It'll be a daily car too, so black will be easier to maintain.

Surely this can't be right? 19/10/2023 publish date would mean the car has been up for sale for 18 months?!

VIN: WBA5U92040FK25916

Going to look at it tomorrow, but the publish date, incorrect mileage on advert, only 1 key and mismatching tyres are all red flags to me.. Thoughts?
The one key in the advert might be an Auto Trader bug. A lot of cars I rang up about were advertising as one key, but when I asked, there were always two. One dealer told that Auto Trader was doing that to a lot of his adverts.

Has anyone replaced the plastic rivets (blind rivets) for the wheel arch liners on the G20/G21 with the latest variant of the clips?
It's proving really elusive trying to track down the part number.

Found one m340i privately, 2020, 40k, 4 owners (guy had it since April last year), £31k asking (WEBAC and Motorway value it at 25-26k)

It has most options, I think its missing heated steering wheel and 360 cam - https://bimmer.work/vin/f70033fb083c4540c8ebb48b2d0d65d40/options/

Is there anyway to check how much BMW would offer? I remember a guy at BMW showing us a guideline that they go by.

I seem unable to view my car's service history through the app or website, looks like I should just be able to click the VIN but it does nothing on either. Anyone else have this?

Yes, I had to remove a wheel arch liner back in Feb to clean the clogged up screen wash reservoir filter.

I just replaced them with these. Seemed to do the trick.

Exactly why I'm having to replace mine.
Those ones are actually expanding rivets (and potentially reusable if you can find the pin after pushing it through).
Apparently BMW did a recall on the original versions of 2019/20 G20/21 as they were finding the fastenings were allowing slight movement, which in turn ended up causing corrosion. Trying to avoid any issues with the BMW extended warranty by replacing like for like.
