never been happy with my nose, but in the end, there's no other nose I think would suit me 
Thicker hair, I've got enough, and people compliment me on it, but a little thicker would be nice, as would a firm knowledge that I'm not going to go bald at some point >.<
everything else is circumstantial, I'm a decent build, can lose weight if needed, put it on should I wish, muscle grows on me very easily, so I try not to really bulk up or anything, I try and maintain a comfortable level

Nothing particularly bothers me about my body, I'd quite like to be stronger but I go to the gym so that'll come given time and hard work. I'm well aware I'm not the most handsome guy in the World but you make do with what you've got. 
IQ has nothing to do with your physical appearance though, dumbo!
I'd probably want to be a bit more /beefed/ (not beefcake) -- biceps that can cut by simply flexing which would be awesome -- heck yeah!

I would like less fat around my chest though I'm working on it. I broken my nose several times so it would be nice to have it looking like it originally was.
edit: oh yeah and my height, only 5'6", trying to woo a girl taller then me but she keeps teasing.

I have quite light hair, dirty blonde which means my eyebrows are pretty light. I'd like them to be darker and more defined. I'm 5'9.5, I'd like to be at least 5'11-6ft.
Everything else I'm fine with. The bodybuilding thread regulars have seen a couple of my body pics over the years so if anything, they can decide on that.

Less hair on my back, get rid of my beer gut. Infact while I'm on back hair, my entire bodys due a good trim.

Oh, I wouldn't mind being a little shorter, being 6'6" has serious drawbacks, like making it difficult to drive or fit in certain cars, hitting head on low celings, etc.
