Lose the slight belly and moobs and replace with tonedness. I'm just lazy and have not got round to getting back to the gym.

Stomach. This will change if i stop eating kfc and do more runnning though

Hair a bit thicker i suppose
 
My hair is too thick, has to be thinned everytime I get it cut... And cannot be tamed by most styling products. PITA
 
I would like to be taller but I am not that bothered. I don't mind stretching up on my tippy toes that extra foot to kiss my lover haha
 
A better looking face.

Bodywise? It's growing nicely and I hope the hard work i'm putting in will make it continue to do so. :)
 
I want my body to be what it used to be like, but I did used to do lots of sports back then and eat crap, now I just eat crap.
 
Fairly common trends appearing :)

Moar muscles (less belly)
Moar hair (going bald)
Bigger wang (say no moar)

By the looks of things I've not inherited a tendency to losing thatch, decent mop up there, hope it hangs around to go grey.

I'd sign up to the moar muscles one, what kind of exercises can you do at a desk with a keyboard to get a sixpack :p
