Seriously though IMO support her if thats what she thinks she needs.
I know 2 women with them and both gained significant confidence afterwards as both lacked confidence pre op and put it down to being unhappy with their lady bumps

If they are truly the root of the issue, then why not?

I dated someone who had had them removed (she had the old poisonous ones) and she didn't regret having them removed. She was really into the glamour modelling scene.

Its very rare they look good when naked, with clothes on, yes they will look better give her more confidence but the same look can be achieved with padded Bras etc.

Just show her a load of porn and how bad the ones look with scars and weird shapes. Can only think of a few pornstars that have decent looking fake boobs.

Personally I don't like them, I think they often look awful, plus there are the scars, and potentially they can be uncomfortable. Most of the time you can immediately see it's a boob job. I think there's nothing wrong with small boobs, it's natural. I think there are many men that think the same.

For many women, it's a psychological issue and should be treated as such. There are many other ways to gain confidence than having bags of silicone implanted into your boobs.
