Friend’s sister had a breast reduction. She was 34G. Had bad back, struggle to get bras to fit, got unnecessary attention from men. Then her breathing got worse
She had reduction done on NHS. Took about 4 months for the swelling down. Now a 34B and a new person as can go running etc

Its very rare they look good when naked, with clothes on, yes they will look better give her more confidence but the same look can be achieved with padded Bras etc.
Just show her a load of porn and how bad the ones look with scars and weird shapes. Can only think of a few pornstars that have decent looking fake boobs.
men? you mean boys who think they are men but still not grown up yetBut no blokes show any vestige of interest in her at all, whilst they're salivating at the bouncing udders of the girl running behind her. Who ever said the mating game was without pain?
Unnecessary attention indeed If "unnecessary attention" could be bought the shop selling it would have a queue twice around the block and a till overflowing with cash
And you can't understand why a woman would want a breast reduction?I have proudly made the study of the female breast a life's work. A toil that is still, discretely, ongoing
