Boob job?

Quite a few years ago I was told my little sister was going to have a breast reduction and being a bloke I hadn't noticed that for decades she had worn very baggy clothes to hide them.
Apparently they were huge, gave her loads of ortho problems and I never noticed.

I mean we'd be worried if you had said you constantly noticed the size of your sisters breasts.

A friend had it done, went from A/B cup to a full C cup. They went in in through her arm pit so no scars. I have to say I'm not a fan of false boobs but these were really well done and felt great and looked pretty realistic. What she had before op were a lovely shape and the surgeon kept that shape but just made them bigger. She is still chuffed with them 15 years later.

Honestly, I just knew she never looked that feminine with the clothes she wore but that changed when she had them reduced.

We also had a woman called Nikki at Creda who did have mahoosive boobs and you couldn't avoid them.
She also had a reduction and about two months later she gladly lifted up her t-shirt to show us all.
She also had really bad ortho problems because of them.

Coincidentally I'm the person who is given all the breast negligence cases at work so I get to see quite a few horrible ones.

I've known her for years and ended up sharing a couple of fun nights after raving at our own after party ;) so I'd already experienced them. She was more than happy to show them off when she's had them done and insisted I had a feel, what's a man to do? ;)
 
My Mrs had a boob job 10 years or so back.. Nobody can tell as shes now got " what god should have given her" her words... She's looking at changing and as shes a little older she will have to go slightly larger to keep up the "perkyness"
She went for unders and you cannot tell they are fake to look at but can tell in certain positions by touch. If her Pec's are tensed (certain situations) then you (me! not any of you guys!! get ya own) can feel they are firmer as they are under the muscle... But thats about the only time you can tell.
We know a set of sisters who 1 had overs and the other unders and they look totally different... Hence she went for unders
 
I can't stand anything unnatural personally, bubs, lips, butt etc. Any sniff of fakeness and I'm out.

I had a quite attractive client that I showed up to one day and she had ridiculous duck lips. Honestly it looked absolutely stupid. Shame as she was already an attractive woman. I just dont get it.
