No points for blonde is a bit harsh... If I asked you what colour of hair does Pamela Anderson have, what would the answer be?
Here I think it's justified. Blonde is a type of beer, not a colour in this case.No points for blonde is a bit harsh... If I asked you what colour of hair does Pamela Anderson have, what would the answer be?

But then so are some of the golden/ red ales, the white IPA and the black ales? Can't really see the difference tbh
Simple solid plain colours. Example: blue, black, brown, red, orange, green, yellow, white etc.
We're not buying paint at B&Q or listening to the other half talking about hair shades.
True but red, black and white are colours. I personally don't agree with 'golden' as colour, it's no different to blonde in my eyes.
Isn't this competition called "Beers of the World"?![]()

.Nah, this is quite sedate.

Blonde shouldn't be allowed as has been mentioned it is more a hair colour. Yellow would have been fine.
Neither should entries in different languages as the majority of participants speak English as their first language as otherwise it could get ridiculous, especially as it's just 1 person collating all this.
Golden I would allow.
