Bought a phone off eBay: would you say this is in "excellent condition"?

Sometimes with mobile phone sales you do get non-payers.

Also possible is that he had to cancel that transaction as he only got the phone back now.
 
I don't think he'll get any bids. Priced too high.

£100+delivery is about the upper limit for a used Nexus 5.
 
I asked him if the screen was scratch free:
"Slight 'scuff' on bottom right of screen, I've added a couple extra pics to try to Sho it as best I could, it's only noticeable when held at a particular angle and the phone has a tempered glass protector on it."
