I tend not to buy from individuals tbh got my new old stock /returned maybe oppo find X2 pro from laptop outlet on eBay and it was pristine with all the retail wrapping

You generally get better deals with individuals, but commercial sellers are more reliable.

There's a lot of this not as described crap going on with Ebay atm. I contemplated getting some flight sim gear where it was listed as brand new in box but pictures where stock and his description read it had very little use over several months.
