Brazilian Grand Prix 2012, São Paulo - Race 20/20

You mean certain other members who have been on my ignore list for months yet still follow me round like a lost puppy quoting everything I say in a desperate attempt to start an argument?

I don't know i stopped reading the threads many races ago because there was hardly any race discussion.

My best drivers this season:

1. Alonso
2. Hamilton
3. Vettel
4. Kimi
5. Massa

Fixed if for you.

I like Hamilton, I do, but Alonso has been so great this season because he's had an arguably poor car.

Hamilton has had a fast car. Yes it's failed lots, but it's been fast. I'd arguably even out Hamilton equal with Vettel this season, although maybe not based on where Vettel has gained most of his points...

Ferrari really performed stuningly this season I have to say... never put a foot wrong and tried to maximise out of every race...

INTERVIEWS!!!

Though it really wouldn't have made a huge difference, they kept Alonso out for one extra lap that both almost cost him the race and cost him a ridiculous amount of time before putting on inters. He probably lost 15-20 seconds. They also made a mistake in Canada with the trying to one stop which cost them places at the end while Hamilton blew past them after his stop as did several others.

They made far less mistakes than just about every other team though, but funnily enough the few points and Canada, and the potential first here, might have made all the difference.

'This is the perfect way for us to end the season'

Slight dig at Lewis? XD

kd

Everything he says comes across as a dig, after qualifying he says "I don't want to highlight where I made mistakes and lost time, blah blah blah", trying to say, I screwed up but really I was faster than Hamilton.

Wasn't on here during the race, what did people think about the Senna incident, I thought that was a more clear cut penalty than the Hulkenberg one, he took a high line, in the first few corners knowing there would be people around then cut down to hit the apex, he completely caused that and for me that should have been penalty number one. the yellow flag overtake, I have no idea how he didn't get a penalty for that.

Its all stupid really, after the race is ridiculous, if those penalties were given almost any time before the safety car, he'd likely have got enough points anyway and not lost many positions. I can't see them doing anything about it now.

For me Hulkenberg was a ****, he didn't intend it but the track conditions clearly weren't great, and while diving up the inside would be fine in the dry, the fact that he wanted to brake late off the dry line was asking for that to happen. However, he has the excuse that the move was fine, just the conditions made it stupid, for me Vettel went from a wide line to a tight line when there was a car there, it had nothing to do with conditions, just crap driving full stop and I really can't see how he doesn't get a penalty for that.

Ferrari can feel proud of what they did with that car, Red Bull that they won, biggest losers this season are McLaren really. Had the car to win the title and failed and also lost their no1 driver to also rans :D
