I would like Rosberg to take the title this weekend. This has been such a dominant era for the silver arrows and would like to see Nico get his title because with new regs coming and also maybe key staff leaving for fresh challenges, I think will result in the silver arrows dominance coming to an end.

well he needs Ros to have a dnf, so even half points isnt going to make much of a difference and with Ros wet "racing" being so dreadful it may be more of a chance to get a 12.5 points closure.
which would then if ive done my maths right a 1,2 finish, would be a win for ham in the last race with a .5 point lead.

I don't understand why Rosberg would need a DNF. Unless my maths is off, if Hamilton can win the next two races then Rosberg only needs to come 4th or lower in one of them and he's lost it.

With Brazil shaping up to be a wet one *fingers crossed* then the chances of that are good.

As for Rosberg's performance at the end of last season, he had no pressure then, the WDC was already decided.

He's already showing signs of cracking after Mexico. He was struggling in both practice and qualifying, and he shouldn't have had such a hard time with Verstappen in the race.

Even if it is biblical the race would no doubt be scheduled to run on the Monday. Can't see it happening. Like Malaysia/Singapore etc the weather always looks biblical and then just turns out to be a bit wet. Hopefully whatever the weather there is no safety car start as this always ruins a race.

DNF (or something going wrong in qualifying) is more likely than Rosberg starting from the front row and finishing 4th right now.

Hamilton only once below 3rd after qualifying last in China.

Rosberg in Austria and Canada collided with Hamilton. Something he doesn't need to risk anymore.

In Monaco and Germany he did end up doing badly, but Monaco is where the Mercedes is weak. Germany was admittedly a poor race by Rosberg.
