It does make a mockery of the system that you get a 10 grid drop for the first component and then only 5 for every subsequent. Surely it should have been the other way as it is aimed at cost limiting teams from using excessive numbers of engines! LH could do well to take 3 new engines each track and go all out like this!

I think it is pointless. Hamilton ended up 10 seconds ahead of Max in what 10 odd short laps? Next three tracks are power tracks. If Hamilton wins the next race I think Max will collapse.

I hope he does, because Verstappen doesn't deserve to be champion with how dirty he drives.

I highly doubt it now Honda have pulled out. Plus major rule changes you might as well put your hand in a hat to guess who will be top. You have just as much chance Mclaren and Ferrari being at the top as you do RB and Mercedes.

I think the appealing team has to provide significant new evidence to allow it to be checked/reviewed. So not sure it will happen, unless the onboard shows something specific that could be used to show intent.
