Breakfast suggestions quick easy and healthy?

In response to the thread title: Scrambled eggs. Just two eggs and some milk will keep you full until lunchtime without snacking, and it only takes a few minutes to make.

In response to the original post: I don't understand.

Lose weight? As I understand it, you need to kick-start your metabolism, to get your body burning calories, so eat all-bran or scrambled eggs on toast, and get some fruit into you :)

I have a cup of coffee and a cigarette for breakfast. Quick, easy and completely healthy.

This is my breakfast also.

Personally I can't really stomach food early in the morning. I've gagged a few times eating toast and cereal doesn't do it for me, the only good thing is having the bowl of milk at the end as I like to fish out all the cereal before gulping down the bowl. I'm not a cat so I won't do that!

You could have a yoghurt and a banana early on in the morning. Apples and Oranges are rather acidy are they not?

Porridge.
.

woot, it's almost that time of year again. No idea why I save it for winter as it's so tasty.

Breakfast has been destroyed by cereal. I am thinking of finding an ok'd fashioned cook book. Because there used to be millions of recipes for breakfast.

Coco Pops, shame they're sacking coco monkey for jedward.

NO MORE POP'S THE MONKEY?!?!?!?! ill feel sad using my Pop's the monkey bowl

Coco pops or neskquick serial are both good starts...

Currently I'm on 2 fried eggs, slice of toast and 4 rashers of bacon  not sure thats quick but its doing wonders for my energy levels during the day time

-a few/lots of tablespoons of organic Scottish oats
-warm milk
-2 bananas
-protein powder for taste (if you work out), alternatively, honey or sweetener
-a teaspoon of hazelnut oil (optional)

Throw in blender > 5mins > consume the heavenly manna in the shower preferably from the blender while imagining you are Robert de Niro in Raging Bull drinking raw eggs
