Breakfast suggestions quick easy and healthy?

Sometimes I decide to make porridge because it is the healthier option.

But then I add some jam or honey, might as well had cereal :p



Someone mentioned Muesli, I would be very careful with Muesli because some of them contain so much sugar (even though it is natural) that you might as well not bother.
 
Porridge can easily be made more interesting. Chuck some blueberries/stawberries/ ground almonds/banana slices/apple slices into it. It becomes really yummy. Also if you like it sweet use just a smattering of unrefined brown sugar or honey.

The problem with cereals is their high sugar content. Specially Frosties etc u might as well have spoonfuls out of your sugar jar!

Throw out the white pasty bread. Have an oaty seeded kind with your eggs. Better for you and yummy. Throw an apple, banana etc into ur bag to munch on at work.
 
3 or 4 eggs scrambled in a large knob of butter, grilled tomato. Very low carb so will aid weight loss, also very easy to eat if you're not used to eating early in the day, cook the eggs so they are still moist, they just slide down that way.

Forget the cheap and nasty, sugar laden breakfast cereals, only cereal worth considering is natural porridge oats cooked in full fat milk.
