Breaking Bad Season 4

I have a very strong picture of Hank sitting in his car watching the laundry and seeing Walt go in knowing what that laundry is used for. Can't really happen now that he is in a chair.

Did the WW actually stand for Walter White? We all know Gale had a hard on for Walt.

Also, funniest thing on tv ever.

btw, theory going around that Jesse is now the new Gale or will become the new Gale and take over the lab.. Since Jesse knows how Walt cooks and everything.

Thats called great acting, they all do a brill job of playing their parts.

Yeah, what I meant was I wasn't sure if Hank was just teasing Walt or if he genuinely already suspects him! :) I'm genuinely puzzled, cause on the one hand Hank might not be the brightest guy but he genuinely seems to know his stuff re:meth and to possess a good degree of intuition that should really have turned him on to Walt by now considering how suspiciously he's been acting, how he suddenly came into money, and how well-qualified he is to make this stuff, but on the other hand I'm thinking Hank is such an obsessive guy that if he really had even a whiff of suspicion against Walt he'd be all over him 24/7 like a rabid bloodhound. Honestly don't know which to think - that Hank suspects him but is being untypically subtle, or that Hank doesn't and he's a much more clueless cop than we thought!

Of course, it's at the head of a notebook in which he wrote down his entire process.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking, that Gus is hoping to undermine Jesse's loyalty to Walt, and then either use Jesse to kill Walt or at least to replace him.

You don't have a show if the lead character is killed a season early :p

I reckon Walt will break though, he's already had a couple of attempts at going solo with a firearm but hesitated at the last minute. I reckon he will take matters into his own hands very soon.

He also relies on Jesse now more than ever before so will work with him I guess.

Walt should have had Jesse taken out as soon as he got involved with Gus. The only reason Gus was reluctant to employ Walt was because of his association with Jesse.

Really, there is no logical reason for him to stick with Jesse, apart from maybe some underlying theme running through the series, which will hopefully come to some sort of fruition by the end of the season, i.e. his partnership with Jesse will be worthwhile in the end.

Well y'know...

SPOILERS FROM AN EARLIER SEASON and SEASON 4 (just incase) : -

Walt did kind of watch Jesse's love die infront of him. So it may be out of guilt or empathy. But Walt and Jesse aren't very stable right now especially with what Gus did to that henchman right infront of them too. And everything else...

Major guilt, no doubt, but I think even before that spoilery thing happened he made it clear he would've done anything to protect him. He has vaguely paternal feelings to him, maybe it's his latent teacher's instincts, maybe it's guilt cause of landing him into so much trouble (cause the truth is Jesse was the smallest of small fry before Walt got involved, he'd never would've had to deal with so many major players without him).

Yeah, definitely.

If Walt hadn't appeared, Jesse may never have had to go through a lot of **** of this calibre.

Especially the episode with the little kid and the junkies.

Absolutely LOVE the series.............but for Skylar.

I absolutely HATE her as a character, so much so it spoils the series for me. She is a hypocritical whore.

:p

She is just a hot headed, ego freak, attention **** that has to have it her way. They could have gone with the arcade but noooooooooooooo.

That arcade was amazing. :(

High five.

I want her to get a bit more involved and then to become fully aware of the stuff that has happened/will happen.

P.s Walt, man the **** up.

I might move to America so I can watch Breaking Bad when it actually airs.

Would suck if fans of the show weren't able to acquire it through different means. They would have to wait for the DVD. :/

I really dislike her too. You can see her point if you think about it of course: Walt got involved in a ridiculously dangerous illegal trade and has been keeping it a secret from her for a year. He endangered both his own and his family's lives, and, if he got caught, they would've lost everything. The "dying, need money!" excuse doesn't really hold up when he had his old partner offering him a job and writing him blank cheques.

But even so, knowing as we do what Walt's been through, we can't help but side with him. Even though he totally does his best to make himself unsympathetic too. I mean, every time Skyler confronts him about it (I'm thinking 3x01 in particular), when he had the chance to make some moving speech about how he put his life on the line cause he knew he was dying and he just wanted to take care of them or whatever, he would just lose his temper and snap at her as if to say "Hey don't you dare question me, you don't know what I've been throug and I refuse to tell you - **** off!"

It's really frustrating how he just never manages to make that emotional breakthrough with her, and it's part of why I love the writing in this series, they're all very real, imperfect, asinine people.

06 is out. :D

For the first time in my life though I'm not going to watch it instinctively. I'm going to do some work first and enjoy this later like a fine wine.

First time I've ever watched a TV series that isn't "completed". Never again.

Oh wait also watching boardwalk empire.
