Breaking Bad Season 4

RE the Brock getting poisoned thing. It has to be ricin because to use anything else would be, frankly, insulting given the way they've made it go missing.

Yeah agreed, if it was something Walt gave him (quite apart from the fact that I don't believe for a second that Walt would poison an innocent child - unless of course he gave him some sort of non-lethal thing intended to simply make Jessie think it was ricin), then we'd have to conclude that the ricin went missing fromJessie's pack at exactly the right time completely and utterly by coincidence!

Breaking Bad is not a second-rate soap opera.

Spoilers:

There was an interesting theory posted on IMDB that the reason Gus walked away from car with bomb was that Walt's glasses were bugged. Gus heard Walt say to go closer to car. Walt also got a brand new pair of glasses that we didn't see who delivered them and the last shot of the episode was Walt's glasses.

I'm not convinced, but interesting theory...

Didn't Walt JR fix his glasses or maybe just went and got Walt's spair set?

How would you bug a set of glasses anyway? Walt has a wire frame.

The first thing I thought when Jesse noticed his cig was missing was that Brock smoked it up.

This.

if Brock smoked it there wouldn't be an issue the paper would burn and the glass vial would just fall out.

I only thought so, because of Walt warning Jesse "for heavens sake just don't smoke it".

Either way, we're going to have to wait and see.

I HATE watching unfinished series. I really enjoyed just being able to watch Soprano's when I wanted. To have to have waited from 1999 to 2007 for the fairly mediocre ending would have ****ed me right off.

I was a bit disappointed by the last episode, perhaps I expected too much given how epic the previous episode was.

Kinda but all that episode did was add more wood to the fire and flip the story upside down. Jesse and Walt being two worlds apart to agreeing they need to take down Gus over the fact Brock is dying. Its great story telling.

I can see the last episode have a showdown between Hank, Walt and Gus with Gus turning to Hank and saying... "I would like you to meet Heisenberg." then cue credits.

fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

Yeah, it is heating up for sure. :) I think it's because I was expecting Walt to be on the run rather than him just sat there waiting, although as already mentioned, the gun spinning scene was great.

My opinion is that Brock just happened to take the poison and Jesse was just being paranoid.

Season finale tonight. :(

Going to end on a huge cliff hanger I bet. My prediction is that Hank finds out who Walt is right at the end of the episode.

and Mike dies.

I honestly don't know how hank doesn't know already, any good agent would have realised something was fishy by now.

Perhaps he does know and just isn't letting on because he has no proof. The W.W when reading Gale's book was the biggest hint yet.

He probably has an idea that something is up but is letting it go because he is family. He would need solid proof as to who Walt is before asking question. I guess at this point, Walt is pretty much ****** and Hank knowing who he is wouldn't matter much at this point. Would probably be best for Walt to be in jail rather than out in the open with Gus.
