What's next

He has done the Solar System, then the Universe.

How about he studies the Bible and realise God created the world in Six days.

Is it me or is this man a complete bell-end?

I'm open to suggestions.

I'm still undecided. Clearly he is a charismatic chap and passionate about these subjects, and very watchable. I can't decide whether he's watchable for those reasons, or watchable because he comes across as a bit of a bell end. I suspect it's the former.

I have the same issue with Nigel Slater's Simple Suppers... erm....

It's that constant grin that does it, everything else about him is cool, he's just too damned pleased with himself!

Spot on, dont care how celver he might be, he grins like simpleton and used to
be in one of the worst bands in history.
Spotted him earlier while flicking through the channels and spent a good couple
of minutes contemplating whether I'd rather set about him with a golf club or cricket bat. I plumped for the bat in the end...

Next is Wonders of Life, according to his twitter feed.

Cool posts about wanting to smash him up with a cricket bat though, parents must be proud and all that.

I think the guy is fantastic. A guy who is clearly passionate about his field of study. He seems genuine and thouroughly decent...

it appears that these days you can't even smile and appear approachable without upsetting or irritating someone....what a shame!!

Then he gets to the part where you either accept that 1.6 million species were on a boat at one time or micro evolution exists thus macro evolution.
It's kind of a problem for those who deny science.

And lulz 40% of Americans are Young earth creationists, sauce
