A rubbish penalty, he was run off the road an avoided an accident. That's not justice at all.
He overcommited a corner earlier and didn't back off, instead trying to force Kubica off the racing line. Kubica understandably didn't budge, Alonso ate grass and should have backed off and given back the position immediately. Justice has been served.

But it's not monaco because if it was monaco Kubica would have run Alonso into the wall and caused an accident.
Alonso giving the place back would have been fair. The fact that Kubica then retired couldn't be helped by Ferrari, and a drive through imo is unnecessarily harsh. I'm enjoying the punishment (esp after last race) but I don't think it was the right thing to do.
No he wouldn't because Alonso wouldn't have attempted such a stupid move without a run-off.
